Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms", "Terms of Service") carefully before using the website and services operated by RYN Host ("us", "we", or "our"). Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.
By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. Your continued use of the Service constitutes your agreement to such changes.
Services are billed on a subscription basis (Monthly, Quarterly, or Yearly). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis. Billing cycles are set either on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the type of subscription plan you select when purchasing a Subscription.
We offer a 72-hour money-back guarantee for all new initial orders. If you are not satisfied with our services within the first 72 hours of your first payment, you may request a full refund via our support ticket system. This applies only to the first service ordered by a client. Dedicated IPs, administrative fees, and addon services are non-refundable.
Initiating a chargeback or dispute with your payment provider will result in immediate suspension of all services and a permanent ban from RYN Host. We are willing to work with you to resolve any billing issues.
We guarantee a network uptime of 99.99% during any monthly billing cycle. If we fail to meet this guarantee, you will be eligible for a credit calculated as 5% of your monthly fee for every hour of downtime, up to 100% of your monthly fee.
This guarantee excludes scheduled maintenance, DDoS attacks larger than our PletX mitigation capacity, or issues caused by client misconfiguration.
All services are subject to our Acceptable Use Policy (AUP). Violations of the AUP may result in immediate termination without refund.
In no event shall RYN Host, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service.
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which RYN Host is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
